The Power of Three is backed by three organizations, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), and the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC). The local divisions of these three organizations collaborate to support the infrastructure that delivers on the promises of the Power of Three. This support for the Power of 3 infrastructure equates to millions of dollars in financial and talent resources.
JATC
JATC Electrical Training Alliance of Southwestern Indiana ensures that the electrical and energy talent in the Power of 3 has the foundation of skills necessary to meet the specific demands in this regional Southern Indiana market that NECA and their customers demand.
IBEW

NECA
